Refund policy
We want you to love your LumaPaw order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@lumapaw.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
